primo tratto del lungomare di Cagliari \u00e8 stato riaperto a fine Gennaio, a seguito dei lavori che hanno interessato la modifica del tracciato stradale per privilegiare la mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile, creare un nuovo spazio pedonale e aree attrezzate per i bambini.<\/p> \r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p>Il progetto di riqualificazione di via Roma, la via pi\u00f9 caratteristica di Cagliari, prevede che la promenade diventi un elemento di inclusione sociale, connettendo il lungomare, le principali funzioni pubbliche che vi si affacciano e il centro citt\u00e0, valorizzando al tempo stesso l\u2019intera area dal punto di vista culturale, sociale e ambientale.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p>La nuova promenade verde sar\u00e0 un asse di connessione, definito da una strategia di mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile, che ruota intorno ad uno spazio pubblico continuo e pedonale, caratterizzato da aree verdi, spazio gioco e aree di sosta, che daranno una nuova qualit\u00e0 urbana al lungomare.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p>Il masterplan prevede l\u2019implementazione di una mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile basata su principi di prossimit\u00e0 e pedonalit\u00e0, una rete di percorsi che
