stata firmata la convenzione urbanistica per il recupero dell\u2019area ex Neca a Pavia: l\u2019area dismessa verr\u00e0 trasformata attraverso il progetto UnaPavia, orientato a creare una nuova area sostenibile, accessibile e integrata con il territorio.<\/p> \r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<p>Il masterplan prevede:<\/p> \r\n<p>\u2022\tun nuovo campus universitario convenzionato per 500 studenti;<\/p>  \r\n<p>\u2022\tdue nuovi parchi, spazi pubblici e piazze, servizi, residenze, social housing, hotel e spazi per il terziario;<\/p> \r\n<p>\u2022\tuna promenade verde integrata con la nuova rete ciclopedonale che collega l\u2019intera area e un ponte ciclopedonale che ricuce un\u2019importante frattura urbana causata dalla ferrovia;<\/p> \r\n<p>\u2022\topere di miglioramento dell\u2019accessibilit\u00e0 per pedoni, ciclisti e automobili.<\/p> \r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<p>MIC-HUB ha supportato Redo SGR e il team di progettazione nello sviluppo del masterplan per l\u2019area Ex Neca, occupandosi delle strategie legate alla mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile, affiancate da uno studio della sosta e da un\u2019analisi micromodellistica del traffico, utili a verificare e ottimizzare le modifiche previste alla rete stradale.<\/p> \r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<p>La firma della convenzione segna un passaggio strategico per la realizzazione di uno dei pi\u00f9 significativi interventi di rigenerazione urbana della citt\u00e0.<\/p> \r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<p>UnaPavia \u00e8 frutto della collaborazione tra Fondazione Monte di Lombardia, il Comune di Pavia Redo Sgr Societ\u00e0 benefit e i
