prende forma il percorso verso la realizzazione di un nuovo quartiere destinato a restituire alla citt\u00e0 uno dei suoi luoghi pi\u00f9 emblematici.<\/p> \r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<p>L\u2019area di circa 150.000 mq dismessa e inutilizzata, esempio di archeologia industriale, \u00e8 rimasta per anni ai margini della vita urbana.
