Biotic Technology Park
Biotic Technology Park has been published and we are very proud to have been the mobility consultant’s behind CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati’s high-tech innovation and research-oriented masterplan.
Biotic’s transport strategy is aligned with the idea of a future were polluting modes will be replaced by more virtuous solutions that provide high levels of accessibility while ensuring the reduction of CO2 emissions in line with the sustainability strategy proposed by LAND.
In anticipation of such future, Biotic will have a reduced parking provision, while implementing flexible on-demand transit and a vast family of micro-mobility options that look to pave the way for other developments in the city to follow!
The project reinterprets super-blocks to create a “street front”, a new people centered and sustainable district to promote outdoor working and gathering.
