MIC-HUB is pleased to be part of the Design Tech task force

After two months of Covid19 lockdown, the Design Tech project is born as the first hub for technological innovation in the design sector that will arise within the MIND Milano Innovation District.

Created by Hi-Interiors, DesignTech works with a large sector task force, which involves MIC-HUB on mobility aspects.

Our contribution to the white paper investigates three scenarios in which to imagine a systemic change for mobility. The first is the transition towards the use of electric technologies for mobility; the second concerns the enhancement of micro and active mobility; while the third is related to the effect of reducing commuting trips as a consequence to digital connectivity.

Design Tech is an opportunity to transform the future of design and to reactivate the economy in this period of crisis. The task force faces different topics, considering multiple aspects on the way we should design next future.

These are: Real Estate (Lendlease + Giuseppe Tortato Architetti); Living (Pininfarina); Office (DEGW Lombardini22 + Workitect); Healthcare (Binini Partners + Centro Medico Santagostino); Restaurant (Maurizio Lai Architects+ Food Lifestyle); Retail (Piuarch); Banking (MBA+D); Hospitality (Zaha Hadid Architects); Public Spaces (Progetto CMR – Massimo Roj Architects); Mobility (MIC-HUB); Supply Chain (PwC); Education (School For Dreamers); Social Impact (PwC New Ventures).
