Ex-Trotto area in San Siro, Milan

MIC-HUB is pleased to be part of the design team that will regenerate the dismissed Ex Trotto in Milan – an area of over 100,000 sqm. The operation, led by Hines, is aimed to create a major residential-led mixed-use scheme, with a strong focus on affordable housing and services for the local community, including a public park of more than 30,000 sqm, in line with the green character of the San Siro district.

MIC-HUB team, coordinated by Prelios Integra and Perelli Consulting, includes KPF, Starching, Land, Freyrie Flores Architettura and REAAS.
