For our offices in Milan, we are looking for a dedicated Tendering and Acquisition Specialist to join our New Initiatives Unit (Acquisition and Tender Department). He/She will be involved in numerous activities relating to the design-execution process for projects both in Italy and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore new initiatives, tenders, calls, etc.

• Identify potential new clients

• Produce pitch presentations

• Assist in preparing technical proposals and responding to calls/ tenders

• Liaise with communication department, with project teams, and contribute proactively to the development of new business opportunities

• Update and manage the internal acquisition and bid database

Education:

BSc. or MSc. degree in or Architecture or Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (or equivalent)

Experience:

1 to 3 years work experience in the industry

Skills:

• Good knowledge of English is required, and knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus

• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

MIC-HUB is looking for a JUNIOR architect designer to expand the Complex Buildings team.

We are looking for a proactive person, also recently graduated, with a degree in Architecture or Construction Engineering/Architecture.

The candidate will support the team in the various design phases, from the feasibility study to the detailed design. He/she will be involved in the production of high-quality technical drawings and architectural plans, receiving input from external consultants, and contribute to reports and other documents required for the various design phases.

With the aim of strengthening its Infrastructure Design team, MIC-HUB is recruiting experienced Road Designers, Infrastructure Designers and Civil Engineers.

We are looking for professionals with:

• Proven experience in road design;

• Excellent familiarity with the use of Autodesk AutoCAD 2D;

• Good knowledge of Sierrasoft Roads and/or Autodesk Civil 3D software;

• Competence in designing utility networks is considered an advantage;

• Experience of working on construction sites and knowledge of English are preferred qualifications.

We are looking for a Junior Road Designer, with 1/2 years of professional experience in the Infrastructure Design/Road Design sector.

Experience in the use of Roads and/or Civil 3D software is considered a plus.

MIC-HUB is looking for Junior Road Designer, Hydraulic Designers, Civil Engineers with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the design field.

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Evidence of experience in the design of hydraulic works, particularly in connection with road design;

• Good knowledge of civil engineering design software (Autocad). Knowledge of Civil 3D and BIM desirable.

• Knowledge, even basic, of hydraulic design software such as Hec-Ras, Hec-Hms, or similar;

• Previous experience in road infrastructure design companies is considered an advantage;

• Good knowledge of English is a plus.

As a member of the Communications Department, you will play a key role in sharing our mission, vision, projects, and research at the intersection of mobility, design, and technology.

You will create high-impact content and experiment with AI-driven workflows to scale stories that matter, working with all aspects of digital communication, including video production.

Key tasks:

• Plan, create, and publish multi-format content (posts, videos, motion graphics, carousels, articles) across web and social channels

• Leverage generative AI (text, image, and video) for ideation, drafts, storyboards, and post-production, always maintaining a strong design and editorial focus

• Produce short-form video and motion assets (shooting, editing, captions) optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram, Vimeo, and the website

• Translate complex projects and research into clear, engaging narratives for broad audiences and decision-makers

• Support the communications team for internal and external events

• Support the communications team for the Mobilità in Città foundation with social media, campaigns, events and materials

• Create on-brand website visuals and communication toolkits

• Collaborate with Partners, Project Directors and Unit Directors.

Key qualities:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in content, design, or communications

• Excellent graphic design skills and a strong visual taste

• Graphic design, Motion design and Video editing expertise (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere…)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation (text, image, video and document) and an interest in prompt design and workflow automation

• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex topics into clear messages

• Understanding of analytics/insights to iterate content

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, or Architecture (or equivalent experience)

• Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)

• Genuine interest in mobility, architecture, environment, and technology

• A clear and organised approach to work, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
