Caridad Pineda - Junior Consultant
Mobility Planning Team

My journey into urban planning began during my architecture studies in Ecuador, where I joined a university research group focused on sustainable cities. It was there that I discovered my passion for urban environments, human behavior and the vital role mobility plays in shaping livable cities.
Since then, I’ve worked on urban regeneration, public space revitalization, micromobility networks, and Superblocks—focusing on walkability, accessibility and overall urban quality of life.
With experience in both public and private sectors in Latin America, I pursued a Master’s at Politecnico di Milano; and today, as part of MIC-HUB’s team, I want to help shaping inclusive, resilient, and people-centered cities; that reflect their unique identities, while supporting sustainable growth.
