Luigi Carboni - Senior Consultant

I am an urban planner with experience in the field of mobility and expertise in spatial analysis, location intelligence and data visualisation. I obtained a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy Design and a post-graduate specialisation in GIS at Politecnico di Milano, where I worked as a researcher and GIS analyst for almost five years before moving to the private and urban planning sector.

Throughout my career, I have contributed to national and international projects working at different scales, from spatial planning to masterplanning. I specialise in assessing urban dynamics and developing strategies using spatial tools and data-driven methods to support both private companies and public authorities in creating more accessible and liveable cities.

I have also shared my expertise as a teaching assistant and lecturer in master’s courses at Politecnico di Milano, with a focus on spatial and mobility planning and GIS.
